PHOTOS: South Africans Join #BringBackOurGirls Protest

Following the abduction of more than 200 schoolgirls from Government Girls Secondary School, Chibok, Borno, a number of protests under the banner #BringBackOurGirls have taken place worldwide.
South Africa has joined in the protest to put pressure on the Nigerian government to act fast and put more effort in securing the release of the kidnapped girls as well raise awareness about the kidnapping.

 South African citizens gathered this morning at Sandton, Johannesburg and
took to the streets, holding banners and placards which had inscriptions like, '

They later marched to the Nigerian Embassy to register their petition.
