Scores were feared dead Monday afternoon at the premises of Kano School of Health Technology located along Gida Murtala–B UK Road. #Vanguard reported
The high calibre improvised explosive device went off aroud 2pm at a time the school is in session.
The blast appeared to come from a parking lot next to the provost’s office of the School of Hygiene, a post-secondary training school, said a teacher who requested anonymity. Kano police spokesman Magaji Magia confirmed the blast but declined to provide details until he reached the scene.
