There are essentially two categories of emotions:
Positive
Emotions, feelings of calm, contentment, excitement, peace, passion, love, happiness, joy, hope, etc
Negative
Emotions; feelings of agitation, anger, bitterness, boredom, fear, worry, grief, hate, jealousy, sadness, etc
Every human being is made up of
three distinct and separate parts; Spirit, soul and body. The spirit and soul of man are both intangible and invisible, while the body is tangible and visible. The soul is however the seat of man’s intellect, will and emotion.
Emotions are essentially complex, they are difficult to quantify since they are intangible, abstract and invisible, they require insight and understanding. The quality of man’s life is determined by the internalization and interpretation of his/her general and emotional experiences.
