Special Tips On How To Lose 1kg-5kg Of Fat In One Week

Have a wedding coming up?  And you want to look your best?

Are you tired of people making remarks about you?  You know the people who say it like they're concerned, with something that looks like pity in their eyes, but deep inside them, they're glad
it's not them with all that weight?

Ah ha, you know them right?

Okay.

Now how about if I tell you, you can lose 1-5kg in one weekend. No matter how big you are now.

Just follow what I'll share with you here, and you'll melt it off
your body right away.

Without surgery. Or green teas. Or supplements. Heck, you don't even
need to
be on a diet plan.

How to do it?

I'll tell you.

Go to an 'old fashioned Spa' and let them do their work on you.

You don't know what a Spa is?

I'll tell you.

A Spa is... a small room or house designed as a place to experience
dry or wet heat sessions.

The sessions are meant to relax, open up the body and have it release toxins via sweat.

In a Spa, you're generally required to undress, so if you are a woman, you'll want to ask for some privacy or have another female attend to you.

Alright. Now you know what a sauna is. The next question is where will you find one?

To find a good sauna, do this:

Buy a new copy of City People magazine (they have new editions out  every Monday morning)

Inside, you'll find lots of advertisements for them. They always have deals running for saunas, and you can get a session cheap. I'd recommend that when you get there, you pay extra for the
full treatment though.

Another way to find a sauna near you, is to open Google's website and
search for "sauna + your city"

For example, I live in Lekki, Lagos, so I would go to Google and search for:

SAUNA + LEKKI, LAGOS

Google will spit out many many addresses of saunas close to you.

See how simple that is.

Okay, let's move on.

After you've found a sauna, follow the instructions below.

--------------

HOW TO LOSE 4-6 KILOGRAMS IN A SAUNA

Things You'll Need

- Sauna suit (provided in every Sauna)

- MakeUp remover

1. Rub a makeup remover such as Albolene (found in every good cosmetic
shop) all over your body before getting into the sauna.

This will open the pores and heat the skin to make you sweat more.

2. Put on the sauna suit, a garment made of waterproof fabrics that
causes you to sweat heavily. You can purchase a sauna suit online or
at many major retailers.

3. Sit in the sauna for 15 minutes at a time, and then come out and
wipe yourself off for three to five minutes before going back in so
your body will continue to sweat. Re-apply the makeup as necessary.

4. Drink nothing to replace the water. Suck on ice chips and spit them
out to relieve the unpleasantness of dehydration.

5. Repeat these steps for about two hours, and you should lose about
4-6 kg. in water weight. Carefully re-hydrate over the course of the
day to replenish the water you've lost.

That's how to do it. Now some...

Tips & Warnings!

1. Rehydrate slowly over the next two or three hours by regularly sipping
water or a sports drink rather than gulping down large amounts of water
immediately.

2. Be very careful and seek professional advice before attempting to
lose weight in this fashion. Spending too much time in the sauna can cause
extreme dehydration, heat stroke or hypothermia, which can be life-threatening.

Losing weight this way is a quick way to kick-start your weight loss.

Sometimes your body and your brain need to get a signal sent to them that
you'll be shedding weight.

When you do this, the cells get the message.

I suggest you try this out this weekend, especially this christmas period
I wish all my fans and readers a wonderful Christmas experience. Cheers!
