Weight loss Tips: The 30 Minutes Example!


Are you up for a simple exercise challenge with no excuses?
You will need less than 5 minutes to complete this simple yet effective routine. Anyone can do this! You could even do it sat on a chair. Exercise doesn’t have to be vigorous in order for the average person to benefit.
Do this series of simple 30 second exercises twice a day (less than 10 minutes) for the next 7 days and experience the positive difference in how you will feel. Even if you already take regular moderate exercise, unless you move in the same way as you will move repetitively in this video, you will probably still feel the benefit.
These are all functional exercises that mostly mimic everyday functions (finishing with a core stability and co-ordination exercise):
  • Reaching & Touching
  • Alternating Knees
  • Reach & Stretch
  • Stacking the Fridge
  • Figure Eight

Note: Do this in addition to a 20 – 30 minute brisk walk each day and you will soon be flying!
